I purchased my Corolla Cross in June from Foothills. My sales associate was Duncan. Dealing with Duncan was an absolutely great experience for me. He was professional, answered all my questions in great detail, and was easy to talk to. This was my first new vehicle purchase, which can be a nervous experience, but he was exceptionally pleasant and easy going. I also appreciate the excellent communication that has been given over phone and email, as well as post purchase. I get the sense that Foothills understands true customer service.

The staff is very responsive to inquiries. They’re not pushy, but helpful and knowledgeable. Vehicles have more “stuff”in the infotainment systems. Tyler was helpful and gave some good insight and consistent with getting back with email. Brandon helped a lot with getting my test drive and answered my random questions about the vehicle. He did a lot of legwork for my papers and the fact my previous lender didn’t give me my account information for trade-in and kept tabs on the vehicle status. Here’s the big part. There was an innocent error in the paperwork that Dave (finance) noticed and reached out the next day. The catch saved me $1500 off bottom line. Honesty. That’s what matters. This is what breaks the typical stigma of car dealers. Great service, better people.
